- Beautiful cottage, beautiful views and
location. Really enjoyed ourselves. We'll come again.

We have really enjoyed
it here. We loved the chickens coming to see us each day, and
having a real fire.

- Lovely calming cottage. Plenty to do in
all directions and many places to eat. The wildlife is
incredible.

- What a beautiful cottage, views, birds, rabbits,
squirrels and chickens. All so relaxing. What a gem this
place it. Thank you.

Oh well, home today. I
have to leave my sanctuary, which this cottage will always be to me. I
love the birds and the comfort and the welcome from Gill and Tim. See
you in September.

- A lovely cottage, a real
home from home. Loved coming back to a roaring fire after a long
walk. A little corner of paradise!

What an excellent
location, peaceful and quiet. Just what was required for
re-charging the batteries. Great for walking the Lune Valley,
Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, along with visiting Leighton Moss
RSPB reserve. The birds in the garden are quite something, and
many walks were delayed by watching them. The cottage is well
equipped - hope to get back soon.

A lovely cottage,
has everything in a beautiful location. We walked along the
Lune, went bird watching at Leighton Moss and saw a steam train at
Carnforth. Really loved watching the birds on the feeders.

An excellent location for exploring the
Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and the Lake District. The
cottage has everything you need and is comfy to come home to. We
can recommend the butcher in Hornby and the George and Dragon, Dent,
where you receive a warm welcome. Kirkby Lonsdale has a good
selection of shops.

What a
revelation this part of the country has been. It knocks spots
off the Lakes when it comes to space, countryside and a distinct lack
of people. We have completed lots of walks with absolutely
beautiful views. We have had a brilliant time.

What a lovely
chill-out place. The cottage, the views, the birds, etc,
etc. We'd never seen woodpeckers and tree creepers before.
We'd love to come back.
